Sales and Installation

How we work:

Please come by any time to take a look at our 3,000 sq. ft. showroom to get ideas and to get a feel for what we have.

You can either bring in your own measurements or you can call and set up a time to have the owner come out and professionally measure your space. Although appointments aren’t necessary, it is recommended that you make one with our designer if you have your own measurements/plans to be sure you get full attention.

Once that is done our designer will put together a new plan and estimate based on what you want done. We can give you a price for just cabinets or for the entire job, and any combination in between.

After you come in to see the new plan and estimate you are welcome to take the estimate home. When you decide you are ready to go ahead with your project we take a deposit that allows you rights to the drawings. From there we work out the plan to exactly how you want it with the layout, interior options, finishes, trim details, etc.

When we have a final plan we’ll put together a final contract for signing and collect another deposit before the kitchen order is placed. From that point on it’s a wait for the cabinets to come in and a time to work out other kitchen details, i.e. countertop color selections, cabinet hardware options, etc.

How to measure:

  • 1. First start by drawing all the walls of the space.
  • 2. Draw in doors and windows and any obstructions, vents, etc.
  • 3. Draw in where your existing sink(s), range, refrigerator, and any other appliances are.
  • 4. Pick a corner to start in and measure from the corner to the trim of a door/window/obstruction. Continue around the room.
  • 5. Measure any doors/windows from the outside of the trim to trim.
  • 6. Measure the height of the window trim off of the floor and the overall height of the window from trim to trim.
  • 7. Measure the ceiling height.
  • 8. Finally, if you are able to take pictures of the space to show us, please do! Also, bring any magazine pictures/ideas that you may have of kitchens you like.
